What's it about: Introducing delegates to the CLEVER™ Model for workforce development. Trailed throughout 2003- 2009 this model has proved to be a highly effective, simple and cost effective way to manage workforce development. This course introduces the unique CLEVER ™ framework to delegates and provides organisations with the tools to audit their current approach and plan for the future. Team building the Step Forward Way! Duration: Full or half day Who is it for: All companies large or small, teams functioning or not! What's it about: As 1 of only 9 licensed K'NEX trainers in the UK we offer fun yet challenging K'NEX team building sessions. These include bridge building and stadium design to robot wars competitions, for example. Delegates work in teams to optimise their chances of winning a challenge. All delegates have roles and each session has a unique scenario and set of problems to overcome. Team building without great expense or getting your feet wet!
