Founded in 2004 Step Forward Consultancy Ltd is a financially secure, progressive Sussex based company. We work on an associate model to offer a suite of services including: training, facilitation, bespoke consultancy, project management, media production and research.

Working in such a way ensures litheness which keeps our overheads low. We pass these savings onto you and ensure you receive real value for money and a high return on your time. Core to our approach is our mission: "optimising people potential", and a belief that we should leave sustainable activity after our time with you.

We work with private, public and third sector organisations usually providing bespoke interventions thus ensuring we meet your needs, expectation and budget. We have particular expertise working in workforce development, skills and education.
